Registration
Policy: We must have 3 students for class to be held. DDLA reserves
the right to reschedule any class based on lack of enrollment; in such circumstance
students will be rescheduled to another class. Your space will not be reserved
without full payment of the class. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel
classes at any time.
Payment
Policy: Full payment is due at least five (5) business days (M-F
8am-5pm) prior to class date in order for your enrollment to be complete. We
accept cash, checks, credit cards (Visa / MC only). Corporate accounts available
with prior approval (Charge numbers or PO's required on all accounts). Note:
Once class payment is received, no refunds will be given. Remaining credit will
be applied to future classes.
Cancellation
Policy: Cancellations must be made five
(5) business days (M-F
8am-5pm) prior to class date. If the cancellation is
not made within five (5) business days of the class date, full payment will
be billed.
Rescheduling
Policy: After you're confirmed in a class, you must call within five
(5) business days (M-F
8am-5pm) if you wish to reschedule a class, or full payment
will be billed.
No
Show Policy: If you do not show up for your confirmed and scheduled
class, full payment will be charged.
